- We may review, edit, reject or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, duplicated or unlawful.
- Prices, sizes, payment plans and projected returns are indicative and may change. Projected returns are not guaranteed.
Due diligence
Always verify ownership, approvals (NOC), dues and transfer documents directly with the relevant society or authority, and visit the property before making any payment.
Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false information, spam owners, scrape the website or misuse contact details obtained through the platform.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users and listing parties, or from reliance on listing information.
